Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your VLE dashboard settings page. Contact support for assistance.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit. You can use it with 50 Works/month and 50 DL Customers indefinitely.
How do I pay for a paid plan?
After registering, contact our support team (support@sainisolutions.in) to upgrade your plan. We support Razorpay, Instamojo, and Cashfree for online payments.
What is the "Powered by Saini Solutions" badge?
Free plan VLE accounts will show a small "Powered by Saini Solutions" badge on their public storefront. This is removed on Starter and above.
Can I use my own logo on invoices?
Yes — from the Starter plan onwards, you can upload your CSC center logo to appear on all your bills and invoices.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You will be notified when approaching limits. Works and DL customers added beyond the limit will be visible but flagged. We recommend upgrading.
